Analysis and diagnosis for optimal planning in healthcare institutions is acknowledged by the CIESS as a fundamental part of process in connected institutions, reason for which since 2014, has designed and taught the diploma course in Top Management in Healthcare Institutions, which in 2019 was introduced for the 9th time.
Institutions offering healthcare are complex institutions given the diversity of specialised areas which constitute them; reason for which specialised professionals who are highly committed and qualified that have a global vision and up to date know how on how to use administrative, economic, information management and management ethics instruments to lead them, in order to better organise in order to gain skills for modern and strategic institutional leadership.
It should be mentioned that executive level decision making has a high economic, political and social impact on the profitability of the organisation. It is for this reason that in addition to having knowledge, skills, attitudes and experiences of their profession, which will allow them to achieve the achievement of the objectives of coverage, quality, equity, satisfaction and efficiency for the benefit of the population to which they provide their services, through a more efficient administration and management of institutional resources.

There will be a component of distance training through the educational technology platform of the Centre, which implies the self-management of the study, guided by expert tutors on the topics. Likewise, there will be a face-to-face phase that will consist of keynote presentations, workshops and case studies.
The online phase will be assessed with activities on the CIESS learning platform.
